Nokia debuts 3710 fold



Nokia has announced the 3710 fold, a stylish and affordable 3G clamshell device. Along with a variety of able features, the phone includes a hidden display on the cover of the device that displays information behind an artistic pattern.


Once open, a 2.2-inch QVGA display will let users browse the 3710's S40 6th Edition operating system with ease. Users can listen to music with the device's stereo music player and FM radio. Bluetooth support with A2DP technology will let users listen wirelessly with stereo headsets.

3710 fold users can snap photos and shoot video with a 3.2 megapixel camera, and can be save their favorite media on an external microSD card or share it online with services like Ovi Share. Nokia Maps is included and an internal aGPS will let users use turn-by-turn or pedestrian navigation features.


The Nokia 3710 fold will be available in the fourth quarter for 140 EUR (US$194) after taxes and subsidies.
